Question 1: Why can't I turn on the projector?
Answer: read the user manual carefully especially step2 and step3, follow the steps. some customers usually forget to read the step3 which requires the users to press the turn on button of the projector or the turn on button of the remote control. if you have confusion about the user manual, please ask wish to contact us.
Question2: Will it connect to my iPhone to watch Netflix
Answer: USB input port is only for flash drive and hard drive, can't connect iPhone for media play. To connect the mini projector with iPad or smartphone, you will need a lightning to HDMI adapter/ MHL to HDMI adapter or wireless HDMI adapter.
Notice: this YG300 projector is Not recommend for PPT or business presentation, need use in DARK environment.
Question3: Why the picture is blurr?
Answer:
1) Slightly turn the lens and regulate the focal distance to a proper position.
2) Regulate analog quantity of the bright, the contrast ration and the color.
3) Check whether the lens is clean or not.
Question4: Can I use the projector without the remote control?
Answer: Yes, if you don't want to carry the remote control, just use the buttoms on the projector.
